1. Service Description

MetaExtractor provides AI-powered metadata generation services for stock photography. Our service analyzes your uploaded images using artificial intelligence to generate descriptions, keywords, and categorizations optimized for stock photo platforms including Shutterstock, Getty Images, and Adobe Stock.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

• • Processing: Images are sent to OpenAI's servers for AI analysis
• • Storage: OpenAI does not store your images after processing
• • Training: Your images are not used to train AI models
• • Privacy: Processing is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy
• • Security: Data transmission is encrypted and secure

If you do not consent to third-party AI processing of your images, please do not use our service.

3. User Content and Rights

You retain all rights to images you upload ("User Content"). By using our service, you grant MetaExtractor a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating metadata.

• • We do not claim rights to your content
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload images
• • Images are deleted from our systems after processing

4. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

MetaExtractor offers free and paid subscription plans with different usage limits:

• • Free Plan: 5 images per month
• • Basic Plan: 100 images per month ($9.99/month)
• • Pro Plan: 500 images per month ($24.99/month)
• • Business Plan: 2,000 images per month ($69.99/month)

Usage limits reset monthly. Unused images do not roll over. If you exceed your plan's limits, you must upgrade to continue processing images.

5. Payment and Billing

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time
• • Service continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• • Upload images you do not own or have rights to use
• • Process copyrighted material without permission
• • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our service
• • Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

MetaExtractor provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
